Fair Play Audit
A hands-on look at the provably-fair model. We commit a server seed to a SHA-256 hash before any results are drawn, generate 20 simulated rounds, then reveal the seed so you can verify nothing was changed. Educational only — everything runs in your browser.
1 · Seeds & commitment
The server seed stays hidden; its hash is your proof it can't change later.
Server seed hash (commitment)
—
Server seed (revealed after)
committed — hidden until reveal
Changing the client seed changes every result — proof the outcome isn't hand-picked for you.
2 · Result set
Press “Run 20 rounds” to generate results.
| # | Combined input | SHA-256 result | Roll 0–99 | Outcome |
|---|
Rule for this demo: a roll under 50 is a WIN — a fair 50/50 line. Over many rounds the win rate settles near 50%.
How each result is drawn
# per round (nonce = 1..20)
input = serverSeed : clientSeed : nonce
hash = SHA-256(input)
roll = int(hash[0:8], 16) % 100
result = roll < 50 ? WIN : LOSE
Because the server seed is fixed by its published hash, the operator can't swap it after seeing your client seed. Reveal it and recompute — the numbers must match.
Verify it yourself
- Note the server seed hash before running.
- Run the rounds and record the outcomes.
- Hit Reveal — we show the server seed and confirm
SHA-256(seed)equals the hash you noted. - Paste
serverSeed:clientSeed:nonceinto any SHA-256 tool and check a row for yourself.
This is an educational simulation of the provably-fair concept — it is not a real-money game, does not represent any specific operator, and does not predict or guarantee any outcome. Please gamble responsibly and only where legal.
